Colin Wilson Malcolm

Temporary Petty Officer Colin Malcolm joined the New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy as a Boy 2nd Class on January 20, 1927 with the service number NZD860. He served all of his time afloat in the cruisers, Dunedin, Diomede, Achilles - including the Battle of the River Plate where he was Mentioned in Despatches (MID) - and Gambia, as well as the shore establishment Philomel. He was discharged on December 29, 1945.
